Covid-19 Update


All Registrations include a 14-day Cash Refund Policy for runner cancellations. A 100% Race Refund is available for cancellations or postponements due to local Covid-19 restrictions. Note that all charitable donations are non-refundable.

  1. Cash refunds are available within 14 days of event registration and a minimum of 14 days remaining prior to the event start date.

  2. Registration changes include distances/board class, categories, team. Permitted up to 3 days prior to the race start.

  3. Refunds requested more than 180days after the transaction will have the payment processing fee deducted.

  4. A payment portal fee is deducted prior to any refund equal to £1.

NB. Please note that all charitable donations collected from registrations are non-refundable.  

 

Organiser Event Cancellations & Postponements

  1. Organiser specific and applies to event registrations hosted by GBSUP only.

  2. Applies to total event purchase-including Add-ons purchases not collected.

  3. For non GBSUP hosted registrations refunds are requested via the host.
