As GBSUP works alongside our partners at Paddle UK, BSUPA, and Surfing England to build a world-class competitive framework, we are united by one core belief: the future of our sport lies with our junior paddlers.
To turn this belief into action, we are proud to announce the creation of a vital new volunteer position: the GBSUP Youth Development Lead.
This is more than just a role; it's a chance to be the architect of the future. We are searching for a passionate, dedicated individual to take the helm of our youth program. This person will be the driving force behind creating and implementing a national strategy, fostering a vibrant and supportive community for our young athletes, and building the pathway that will take them from their first race to the international stage.
