Calling all paddlers! Mark your calendars for the Llandegfedd Pursuit, a brand-new event replacing the originally planned GBSUP Cardiff Stadium Pursuit. This exciting competition on Sunday, May 5th, 2024, promises a fun-filled day of racing, camaraderie, and community spirit.

Safety First: Pristine Paddling at Llandegfedd Reservoir

While Cardiff Bay was our initial location, recent water quality readings prompted us to prioritise the safety of our participants. Llandegfedd Reservoir emerged as the perfect alternative, offering exceptional paddling conditions. Surrounded by stunning scenery, this location provides a safe and enjoyable environment for competitors of all levels.

This exciting series brings together the best paddlers in the country, offering a platform to showcase their skills and compete for national glory. • Check-In & Board Drop - 9:00 am - 10:00 am - Race HQ (Gbsup Tent - Event Village)

• Paddler Warm-Up - 9:00 am - 10:00 am - On-Water Warm-Up Area 

• Competitor Briefing - 10:15 am - Race HQ (Gbsup Tent - Event Village)

• Race Fleets Start - 10:45 am

• Event Activities - 1:00 pm - Event Village

• Junior Race - 1:30 pm

• Adult Tech Sprints - 2:30 pm

• Event Activities - 3:30 pm - Event Village
